Her work spans blue carbon, ARR, REDD+ and Article 6 projects, energy transition, sustainable commodities, carbon removal, digital MRV and risk management. She started a successful Singapore multi-family office in 2008.

Ajit Raikar is a corporate banker with 27 years of experience across 10 markets. He pioneered Citigroup’s SME banking concept and built a franchise replicated globally. His senior roles span DBS Bank, Bank Danamon, Citibank and BNP Paribas, with expertise in commercial banking, risk and building banking business models.

Achal Agarwal brings four decades of global leadership. At Kimberly-Clark, he served as Global Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer after more than a decade as Asia-Pacific President. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of PepsiCo’s China Beverage Business. His work centres on transformative leadership, sustainable growth and ESG. He was CNBC Asia Business Leader of the Year in 2016.
