Addy is a thought leader in Sustainability & Impact Investments. She advocates investing in Value-Creation projects for environmental & social needs, and nurturing a Marketplace for a Sustainable Community.

Her family’s Oil & Gas business has spanned 3 generations. Addy is instrumental in its transition to Circular Economy and Environmental Service sectors since 20+ years ago.

With her diverse Wall Street, Corporate Advisory, Wealth Management background, coupled with strong business/market acumen, extraordinary charisma and problem-solving skills, Addy has anchored invaluable relationships with UHNW (Ultra-High Networth) clients and business networks over the last 20+ years. She proactively positions her Family Office and clients’ investments ahead of the next Mega Trend.

Her post-graduate accolades include: High Distinctions in Finance (University of Toronto), Industrial/Organizational Psychology (City University of New York), Real Estate Finance, International Arbitration (NUS Law School), Sustainable Investing (Harvard Business School).

Philanthropy is a part of her family upbringing – Addy is committed to empowering others and making a difference, through local community services as well as spearheading NGOs in South Asia to achieve various SDGs. She is passionate about Youth Leadership Development – besides Succession Planning for her UHNW clients’ 2nd generation, Addy volunteers as a mentor (together with other international C-suite leaders) at Singapore Mentorship Committee.
